"I met Tim at the Orvis fly fishing festival in September.
He gave me a short but productive lesson in casting. As he was waiting for a client, in this short period he gave me tips on how I could improve my grip on my rod, which was subtle but very effective.
The main part of the lesson was Spey casting. I've already had an introduction lesson in Scotland. I felt that I was only happy if I fished the right bank! But as we all know this is never the case. Tim has helped me iron out my casting stroke.
I would highly recommend everyone to have a Tim in their back pocket, other professionals have a coach to improve. Even just one lesson in a double hall or a snap T might just turn that light switch on."
